¿Cómo debes de hacer para realizar una reserva?

1. Lo primero es entrar en nuestra web y ver las ofertas de pisos que disponemos en la ciudad que esté interesado, estas ciudades son Cádiz, Jerez, Puerto Real, Algeciras y Sevilla.
2. Una vez visto todos los pisos, debe de elegir el que más le guste y mejor se adapte a sus necesidades. Tenemos piso disponibles para el curso completo o solo un cuatrimestre, ya sea el primero (septiembre-enero) o segundo (febrero-junio).
3. Rellene el formulario que aparece en la parte inferior del anuncio indicando la habitación que elija. Debes de tener en cuenta que le pediremos la siguiente información:

• Nombre completo.
• DNI o pasaporte.
• Fotocopia del DNI o pasaporte.
• Domicilio.
• Documento de aceptación de la Universidad de Cádiz u otro documento que lo acredite.
• Correo electrónico.

4. Una vez comprobado que todos los datos son correctos, en un plazo de 24-72 horas laborables le enviaremos el contrato al mismo correo el cuál deberá de revisarlo y comprobar que todos los datos que aparecen estén correctos. Si tiene alguna duda es el momento de consultarlas.
5. Ya resueltas las dudas y comprobado que los datos son correctos, deberá de responder al correo adjuntando el contrato firmado por usted.
6. En el siguiente paso, deberá de esperar a que nosotros le enviemos el contrato con la firma del propietario.
7. En cuanto haya recibido el contrato deberá de abonar la fianza* o los honorarios* (ambos son 1 mensualidad) según se le indique en el correo que se le enviará junto al contrato con ambas firmas. Recordarle que este será el único pago que hará anticipadamente antes de llegar al alojamiento.
8. Cuando haya realizado el pago de la fianza o comisión, deberá de enviarnos el comprobante de pago y el proceso habrá acabado hasta llegar a la vivienda.
9. Una vez llegue a la vivienda, deberá abonar el pago faltante, ya sea la fianza o los honorarios. Además, deberá de abonar el pago de la mensualidad* correspondiente.
10. Cuando realice los pagos deberá de enviarnos los justificantes. Y con esto habrá acabado el proceso de reserva.

Términos a tener en cuenta:

• *Fianza: Es un único pago y la cuantía corresponde a 1 mensualidad. Este pago se le devolverá al finalizar la estancia si está todo correctamente.
• *Honorarios: Es un único pago y la cuantía corresponde a 1 mensualidad. Este pago es por nuestros servicios, la elaboración del contrato según la vigencia actual en España y garantizando que tanto los datos como los vídeos y fotos corresponden con la realidad.
• *Mensualidad: Es el pago que debe de hacer mes a mes según lo estipulado en el contrato. Este pago puede ir acompañado de los gastos de suministros según lo establecido en el contrato.

How should you go about making a reservation?

Remind you that this will be the only payment you will make in advance before arriving at the accommodation.
8. When you have made the payment of the deposit or the fees, you must send us proof of payment and the process will be finished until you reach the home.
9. Once you arrive at the home, you must pay the missing payment, either the deposit or the fees. In addition, you must pay the corresponding monthly payment*.

Terms to take into account
